A new wellness journey

After riding many waves of wellness journey’s I have restarted what I left back at the end of 2020!

We all know what happened in 2020, so we are not allowed to talk about it.

I’ll get straight to the point so you can go back to your day! Here are my top 10 things I’m doing in my mind body glow wellness journey.

  1. Exercising at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. I worked up to this you can always start with less days.
  2. Drinking plenty of water. I aim for half my body weight, so that’s 75oz of water (yes you can calculate my weight, its not a secret lol)
  3. Eating plenty and nutritious food and still enjoying my top chucherias (junk food) you know for my mental health and all. (my go to are hot Cheetos lol)
  4. Social media Detox for at least 3 days every 3-4 weeks for me its a bit hard just because I love to create content, its what I do as a hobby and hopefully one day as a paid content creator.
  5. Allowing myself to play more with makeup and clothes. I’ve been too basic for far too long and getting out of my comfort zone has brought glow of confidence to my being.
  6. MONEY SAVING!!! this might be an odd one you see on here but I am truly not that good with money so I am challenging myself to saving my pennies better this year.
  7. Setting boundaries with people that drain my energy. That’s all I’m going to say here lol
  8. Sober life is a good life. So I do enjoy a beer with my hunny or a margaritas with my girls, but i also know how it affects my body (personally) and I decided to do Dry January and February.
  9. Family time. With my own little family and also visiting my parents and siblings more often.
  10. Experiencing life outdoors. I’m a beach baby and my kids are too, but we really only experience beaches up by my parents in Watsonville or at San Simeon, I want to visit more beaches and most importantly go on hikes and visit the national parks that are seriously just in our backyard, Yosemite and sequoia being two of them
