Pasilla peppers with chicken

Ingredients:

1 – 2 Chicken Breast

1-2 Poblano peppers

Corn

Black beans

Rice

chicken seasoning

olive oil

How to:

Char your poblano peppers on a pan, char both sides until black; once done, put them in to a plastic baggie for about 5 min, take out and peel off skin, remove seeds from inside, and slice. Set aside.

slice chicken breasts for fajitas, season, cook on pan with olive oil

once chicken is well done add the poblano pepper slices, after about 1-2 minutes add corn.

Serve with black beans and white rice.
