Ingredients:
Fresh or frozen tilapia fillets
Salt
Pepper
Lemon pepper seasoning
broccoli
white rice or quinoa
How To:
Season tilapia with lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper
Drizzle olive oil in a pan
Do not let the oil burn, olive oil burns quickly, as soon as its hot add the tiliapias
pan fry on each side until nicely golden, usually about 5 min on each side
serve with side of steamed rice and steamed brocolli
top with Chile Valentina or your favorite hot sauce
