Egg, spinach, and mushroom scramble

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

Handful of spinach

1/4 onion

half a cup of mushrooms

salt & Pepper

Olive Oil/avocado oil

How To:

Mix 2 eggs salt & pepper in a mixing bowl and set aside

Add olive oil and onions to pan, do not heat oil first, olive oil at a high temp releases all the essential benefits, heat and satee the onions and oil at the same time

add mushrooms pinch of salt and pepper satee for about 30 seconds to a minute

add spinach, satee until your preference of softness

add egg mixture, and scramble or serve as a omelet
