Kickboxing Benefits

I’ve recently took on Kickboxing once a week as part of my fitness routine. The day after my first training, my muscles in my triceps and shoulders felt a little burn but it wasn’t until the following day (2 days later) my sides were super sore! and it felt wonderful!!! yes i love the feeling of soreness from a good workout.

Here are 5 benefits of kickboxing

  1. Great Cardio workout, burns about 750 calories an hour and about 900 when adding other conditioning drills.
  2. Works out all muscle groups. your core will be used through out the whole training trimming those love handles and tightening those abs.
  3. Stress reliever. Not only are you releasing stress, but you are so concentrated on form and force that your adrenaline lets you not think of anything but the movements.
  4. Self Confidence and sexy AF Feeling. I instantly got a high of confidence after putting on the gloves, and i felt strong and sexy all at the same time.
  5. Self defense techniques. Kickboxing offers martial art techniques to help you learn how to defend your self from a physical altercation.
