I’ve recently took on Kickboxing once a week as part of my fitness routine. The day after my first training, my muscles in my triceps and shoulders felt a little burn but it wasn’t until the following day (2 days later) my sides were super sore! and it felt wonderful!!! yes i love the feeling of soreness from a good workout.

- Self Confidence and sexy AF Feeling. I instantly got a high of confidence after putting on the gloves, and i felt strong and sexy all at the same time.
