Its been a rough year. I know I’m right there with you. Many of us have had our world turned upside down and shaken side to side. But, guess what. Were still breathing, were still here, god has blessed us with another day. While, it might seem dreadful to think about pulling your self together today, your happy energy is quite depressing, you must, must, take a step back.

Stop. Drop everything your doing. Take a deep breath. and think What are you most grateful for?
Its such a hard question isn’t it? When all you’ve had recently is a gray cloud hovering over you.
Now lets think, whats the worst that can happen in your life. Think about your kids, your parents, your pet, your job, your home, think about your health.
It can get worse, it can get really bad.
We must be grateful for what we have and our current situation, because oh man, it can all get so much worse.
Living in California with the recent fires up north and down south. I deeply reflected on the words of one of the fire victims, she said…..
“In a time where I have nothing, is when I’m most grateful”
Now I ask you again…….

What are you most grateful for?
Me? I’m most grateful for my kids health, my husbands hard working hands and willingness to work together to make our relationship stronger, our home, my parents health, my siblings health and success, my English bulldog Bella’s health that has provided us with 8 years and counting joyful years, my flexible job, my health, that although a bit strugglish, still going strong, and my friends, that although miles away, we are still bonded like glue.
I’m thankful for every stranger who smiles at me besides the the struggles that they might be going through……and i wont forget to be thankful for funny baby and cute dog videos on youtube 🙂
Happy Thanksgiving
Sending you so much love and laughter. And remember, a grateful heart is a magnet for miracles.
XOXO
